Espresso Basics provides you the basic training so that you can excel in espresso preparation, and accompany you on a route that starts from the coffee plants and reaches as far as the extraction of the perfect espresso coffee.
Extensive additional information about the history of coffee, botany and consumption, as well as the
presence of numerous experiments and practical parts, make Espresso Basics a challenging and fun course for every kind of student.
The course lasts a full day of 8 hours, starting in the morning at 9:00 am. and continuing until the afternoon with an hour of suspension for the lunch break.
There are no prerequisites for participating in the course and a certificate of participation for each participant who has followed the whole course with a commitment judged sufficient by teachers, is issued.
